Smart Returns starts before the return is final.

Merchants can offer alternatives, discounts or wallet credit before the customer sends the parcel back. The IPAY app guides you through it step by step.

  1. 1Select return reason — tell us why you want to return this item.
  2. 2Merchant offer appears — we've got an offer that might work for you (e.g. 10% off next order).
  3. 3Choose refund-to-wallet with extra value — get +5–10% extra when you pick wallet credit.
  4. 4Generate return QR if return continues — proceed with return; we'll share the QR for shipping.
