Most return tools start when the customer has already decided to send the product back. IPAY Smart Returns starts earlier: it captures intent, reason and timing before the return is final, so merchants can still intervene with alternatives, incentives or wallet-based retention.

Consumers indicate a return reason, request help or review merchant options in the IPAY app. Merchants can offer exchange, discount, replacement, support or wallet credit before the parcel goes back. If the return continues, IPAY generates the return QR or label and tracks the return until resolution.
